Overview
Generate Fields using AI creates a suggested starting set of fields while you create a new form. You provide the form information and optional context, review the generated suggestions, and then edit the proposed field list before creating the form.
AI-generated fields are a starting point. Review every field name, type, and description, and complete the form’s validation, layout, security, and workflow configuration before publishing the application.
Prerequisites
Before generating fields, make sure you have:
- App Designer access to the application
- A clear name and purpose for the form
- The application roles that should be allowed to create records
- A short description of the information the form should collect
Creating a Form with AI-Generated Fields
