Overview
GW Apps includes a native Google integration. It allows you to use supported Google Drive, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar features directly from GW Apps without installing a separate connector.
The first time a Google feature needs access, select the Google account you want to use, review the requested permissions, and grant access. After the connection is authorized, continue using the feature in GW Apps. Google Calendar may request its own permission because Calendar access is separate from Drive access.

Account and Permission Notes
- Signing in to GW Apps with Google does not automatically grant Drive or Calendar access; approve the requested permissions when prompted.
- The files and calendars available in GW Apps depend on what the connected Google account can access.
- A Drive link does not override Google sharing permissions. Users still need permission to open the linked file.
- If access is revoked or a different Google account is used, GW Apps may request authorization again.
Note: Google BigQuery uses a separate integration configuration and is not part of the native end-user Google account connection described here.
