An App Designer can access the History of design and security changes, to review who made which app design and configuration edits. Access the History by clicking on the History option from the Other section on the left side design navigator.
This page displays a reverse chronological history of app design changes, such as creation, updates or deletion of forms or views, or changes in roles.
