New Releases & Recent Updates – January 2021
- Workflow Button > Confirm Dialog – You can now enable the option to show a confirmation dialog when the user clicks an action button. The confirmation can also display up to 5 fields in the dialog box, which can be edited/filled out. For example, if you have a Reject button in your workflow, you can enable this option to display a “Confirm Rejection” dialog box to your users, which may also display a comment box for information on the rejection.
- Workflow Button > Conditional visibility – You can now hide/show a button based on a condition, e.g., hide the button if no comment was added, or if date < today, etc.
- Email & PDF – You can now add a Rich Text Editor field into your Email & PDF templates.
